No problema. Follow the steps below to obtain your money back. Returns received within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
Step 1
Make sure the merchandise has not been worn, altered or washed and all tags and accessories are attached.
Step 2
Go to bamatheshop.returnbear.comThen type your email and order number in the pop-up window.
If you don't have an order number you can email us at info@bamatheshop.com using your full name as a subject. (Example: Return Michelle Dimaria)
Step 3
Once you are in the return page, choose the reason for your return and follow the instructions. You can choose between drop-off the swimsuit or create a shipping label to mail it back to us.
Step 4
Once we receive your package, if the garment matches the elegibility criteria explained in Step 1, we will send your full refund to the original method of payment within 1-5 business days.
